What is the Mysocial MCP connector?
A Model Context Protocol server at https://app.mysocial.io/mcp. Once you add it to Claude, ChatGPT or another MCP client, your assistant can read the posts, captions and metrics of the social channels you connected to Mysocial.
Is it free to connect my social media to AI?
Connecting is free, and so is reading what your platforms report: posts and captions, view, like and comment counts, follower history and measured audience demographics. What Mysocial’s pipeline produces is paid: video transcripts, the comment text itself, audience psychographics, Hit DNA and Creator Universe research.
Can my assistant post for me?
No. The connector reads what you already published. It cannot post on your behalf, and it cannot see accounts you have not connected.
Which AI assistants work with it?
Claude on web, desktop and mobile, ChatGPT through a custom app in Developer mode, and Claude Code, Codex and other terminal agents through one setup command. Any client that speaks MCP can use the same URL.
Which platforms can I connect?
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Threads, each through the platform’s own sign-in. Substack is in early access and connects with a profile link instead.
Do I need to be technical?
No. In Claude, Add to Claude fills in Mysocial’s details for you. ChatGPT needs a few settings in Developer mode. In a terminal, npx -y @mysocial.io/intelligence@latest setup installs the connector and the Mysocial agent skills together.
