How to Delete Your Account

Open the MySocial app
Launch the MySocial app on your device and make sure you're logged into the account you want to delete.

Go to your profile
Tap the profile icon in the bottom right corner of the screen to open your profile page.

Open Settings
Tap the gear icon in the top right corner of your profile page to open Account Settings.

Select 'Delete My Account'
Scroll to the bottom of the Settings menu and tap Delete My Account. You may be asked to enter your password for security verification.

Confirm and submit
Follow the on-screen prompts and tap Submit to send your deletion request. Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
What Happens to Your Data
When you delete your MySocial account:
- Posts are removed from the platform and no longer visible to other users
- Personal information (name, email, contact details) is deleted
- Direct messages are permanently erased
- Account data (settings, preferences, connected platforms) is deleted
Some interaction data (likes, comments, shares, and reports of terms-of-service violations) is retained for 30 days after deletion for legal and safety compliance. After the 30-day period, all remaining data is permanently removed from our servers.
